      • In the Preference section, enter a password in the Admin Phone Password field.

    • A single DHCP server in the phone’s subnet.
    • The phone and Cloud One Business Communication Suite can communicate across subnets.
    • Template downloaded.
    • Phone reset.
    • Phone details (Vendor, Model, MAC address) ready.

    Step-by-Step Procedure:

    Step 1: Enable Remote Registration for the Extension

    1. Go to Extension and Trunk > Extension and edit the target extension.
    2. Under the Security tab, enable Allow Remote Registration.
    3. Click Save and Apply.

    Step 2: Add the Yealink IP Phone in the Portal

    1. Navigate to Auto Provisioning > Phones and click Add (+).
    2. In the IP Phone section:

      • Vendor: Select Yealink.
      • Model: Choose your specific model (e.g., SIP-T53W).
      • MAC Address: Enter the phone’s MAC address.
    3. In Options:

      • Select your preferred template.
      • Provisioning Method: Choose DHCP (In the Office). A Provisioning Link will be automatically generated.

    Step 3: Configure DHCP Option 66 on Your DHCP Server

    1. Copy the Provisioning Link from the phone’s detail page.
