Cloud One Disaster Recovery Subscription Addon

Cloud One’s Disaster Recovery functionality provides peace of mind by enabling a seamless backup system for your business communications. Through geo-redundant deployment, a standby PBX system can be set up in a different location or network. This backup system constantly mirrors the primary server’s data in real-time. If the main server fails due to a technical issue, disaster, or network outage, the system automatically shifts to the standby server, ensuring no loss of communication. Businesses can configure this feature in either 1+1 mode (one primary and one standby) or 2+1 mode (one primary with two backup servers), offering flexibility based on operational needs. Secure site-to-site connections using SD-WAN or VPN services ensure a reliable, protected link between systems. With automatic failure detection, fast failover, and manual failback options, this feature is built to keep your business running without missing a call.

Deployment Scenarios

Cloud One offers flexible disaster recovery setups to keep your communication running, even during system failures. Choose the deployment model that best fits your business needs.

1+1 Mode (Primary + One Standby)

This setup uses one primary PBX server and one standby server in a different location. The standby stays synced in real time. If the primary server fails, the standby takes over automatically. Once the issue is fixed, you can switch back to the primary manually.

2+1 Mode (Primary + Two Standbys)

This model includes one primary PBX and two standby servers in separate locations. If the primary server goes down, one of the standby servers steps in. It offers higher redundancy for businesses that need maximum uptime.
Both options ensure seamless failover and continued service, so your business stays connected no matter what happens.
