D-Link DPS-800 Rackmount Bay
The DPS-800 Rackmount Bay is a 2-slot chassis that accommodates up to two DPS-500A power supply units. It is designed to be mounted in a 19-inch rack, offering flexibility for small to medium-sized network setups. The unit provides redundant power backup for D-Link Ethernet and Gigabit switches, ensuring uninterrupted service in case of internal power failures. Each DPS power supply module inside the chassis is equipped with an integrated detection circuit, which continuously monitors the power supply status of connected devices. If a failure occurs, the redundant power supply immediately kicks in to maintain the stability of the network. The DPS-800 can be used in stand-alone setups or be installed as part of a more extensive system with multiple power supplies. Its hot-swappable design allows for easy replacement of modules without interrupting service. The solid metal housing ensures durability, while LED indicators provide status updates on power availability. The unit supports an input range of 90-264V AC, making it adaptable to various power conditions.
