User Training

The Cloud One Business Communication System training provides users with a comprehensive understanding of how to navigate and utilize the platform across web, desktop, and mobile clients. Participants will learn how to securely log in, configure their extension display, and manage contacts. They will also explore key features such as making and managing calls, including video and audio calls, call transfers, and voicemail handling. Additionally, the training covers integration with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) systems for enhanced call management, along with the use of chat features and audio conferencing. This hands-on training ensures users are equipped to manage their communication tasks efficiently and securely, boosting productivity and collaboration across all devices.

Web Client User Training

  • Users will learn how to securely log in to the Cloud One Web Client using a personalized link provided via email.
  • They will set up their extension display for clear identification and streamlined communication.
  • Training includes managing company contacts and using the built-in chat feature for quick messaging.
  • Users will handle web-based calls and participate in audio conferences directly from the browser.
  • The session will also introduce integration with Computer Telephony Integration (CTI) systems for enhanced call control and productivity

Desktop & Mobile Client User Training

  • Users will learn how to log in using a unique link, manual credentials, QR code, or third-party accounts like Microsoft or Google.
  • They will enable and configure two-factor authentication (2FA) for added login security.
  • Training includes managing personal and company contacts for easier communication.
  • Users will learn how to make and manage audio/video calls, including hold, transfer, merge, flip, call recording, and outbound caller ID selection.
  • They will also be trained to manage voicemails, listen, transcribe, download, delete, and mark as read or unread.
  • Lastly, the training covers managing multiple accounts on mobile, how to add, switch, or remove them efficiently.
